 I make handmade dog collars and leashes in a variety of sizes and colors. To give a little background about why I decided to start my online shop. I’m a teacher full time and after a service project that my students participated in to make toys, blankets, collars and leashes for a local animal shelter during the holiday season instead of doing a gift exchange, I discovered how much I enjoyed making the leashes and collars for the dogs. I thought why not share my creations with others who also love dogs! I’m the proud dog mom to three very spoiled miniature schnauzers!

You To The Rescue is a volunteer based organization that supports breeds throughout the area with the community’s donated brands. We celebrated 5 years in business November 2025, and have donated $400,000 among our three shelter partners (Animal Adoption Foundation, Save the Animals Foundation, and Stray Animal Adoption Program).
