Pet Bio: Skylar has been in foster care with his siblings but just arrived at the shelter in search of his forever home. He was the smallest of a litter of 4 and consequently bonded with his foster mom, always wanting to be held and comforted. He is very loyal and chatty and likes to be petted and held.
