Bio Meet Cayda Bug! Cayda is half love bug, half house hippo, with the heart of a loyal bestie and the goofy charm of a cartoon sidekick. She grunts like a little piglet when she snuggles in, leans all her weight into you like the velcro dog she is, and has mastered the art of full-body cuddles. She takes physical affection very seriously as if it’s her full time job and she’s pushing for a promotion. Have no fear, that isn’t a ghostie behind you. It’s Cayda, your little shadow! This sweet girl has high energy and a zest for life, but once she’s had her fun, she’s all for becoming your couch potato companion. She’s not a brewery babe, but she’s the type to happily join you for a sunset walk or drive with the windows down. Road dog and the outdoors? Check. And here’s the most beautiful part of her story, as of yet. Cayda has a condition called cherry eyes, and a loving staff member was so moved by her, that they started a fundraiser to cover her surgery costs. The money has already been raised. All she’s waiting for is her forever home to start that next chapter! Cayda is housebroken, walks well with a gentle leader harness, does great in the car, food motivated, and very smart and eager to please. She doesn’t know she’s already got a community rooting for her. Now she just needs you!
