Karen Van Zant, Morning Show Host has 2 cats. One is named Awesome because he is, well, awesome. The other is named Cash, named after . . . Johnny Cash, of course.
Awesome was a stray, found injured and was rescued by Karen’s boyfriend, Eric. Cash was a rescue adopted from the Kenton County Animal Shelter. As you know, cats can be very territorial and Awesome and Cash are no different, but it didn’t take long before the 2 cats were best buds. Together, they are a rag tag team!
Oh, and they love water and not simply just to drink, rather, they love to immerse themselves in water.
Awesome will jump into the shower with me and ask to be lathered up while Cash likes to jump into our bathroom sink to gently moisten himself clean. Together, we make a pretty purrfect family and I can’t imagine my life without them.
