Pet Bio: Bentley, a very handsome and well-mannered and very affectionate, gentlemanly black cat with long legs & tail, was found at a park in Delhi a few months ago. Poor sickly looking kitty wanted love more than food – he craves being petted and held – he’s a great lap cat! When found, he was emaciated and very skeletal. This super sweet boy is believed to have been struggling outdoors for a long time. He’s been nursed back to health and to a healthy body weight; his recent bloodwork (a full chemistry blood panel with CBC) showed great results! Yes, he’s a senior (at 14 years of age). His estimated DOB is Feb, 2009. But he’s healthy and he’s got so much love to give and life left to share! We learned through his microchip that he had been adopted as a kitten in May of 2009, but sadly, wasn’t wanted by his original family and the rescue organization that adopted him out didn’t want him back either because of his age. We have no idea where Bentley spent most of the last few years of his life but suspect it was a very lonely, difficult journey. This sweet boy needs new, wonderful memories that will help make up for the years of love and comfort that he obviously missed.
