Vendor Opportunities
Local pet oriented businesses and nonprofit organizations are welcome to apply as a vendor at My Furry Valentine.
If you are a local business that would like to sell or promote products and services at the My Furry Valentine Main Event, the $650 Event Vendor Package is a way to get your business in front of the largest group of pet lovers in Cincinnati – all under one roof! This year, all Vendors will be located in the Dog Adoption Space, our busiest traffic area, to ensure increased visibility by visitors. You’ll also benefit from several other promotional opportunities including exposure on our Social Media network, and a listing on the Vendor page in the Event Program.
As a Vendor at the My Furry Valentine Main Event, you will receive the following:

This year, all vendors will be located in our exclusive vendor ballroom. You’ll also benefit from several other promotional opportunities including exposure on our Social Media network, and a listing on the Vendor page in the Event Program.

Promotional Opportunities
Even if you can’t make it to the event, you can still put your business in front of thousands of Tri-State animal lovers by advertising in our event program and donating to our raffles.
We print several thousand full-color copies of our Event Program to distribute as our visitors enter the Main Event. The full-color brochure includes a floor map, a list of participants and other helpful resources to assist potential adopters. It is a great opportunity to advertise your business and show your support of animal adoption. There are several options for Event Program Ads:
Full Page Ads – $2000 – Includes Complementary Graphic Design Assistance & Info Table Placement
Half Page Ads – $1200 – Includes Complementary Graphic Design Assistance & Info Table Placement
Quarter Page – $650 – Graphic Design Assistance for $75 & Complimentary Info Table Placement
1/8 Page Ads – $350 – Graphic Design Assistance for $75
Directory Listing – $25 – Name, Website, Phone, and Location listed in appropriate business category

Every newly-adopted pet is gifted with a free swag bag at the My Furry Valentine Main Event. We are accepting donations of retail items* with a minimum value of $3. Promotional materials may be included in the MFV Swag Bags at a fee of $200.
To be included, you must supply enough for 200 cat and/or 350 dog bags. MFV Swag Bags must be assembled in advance of event, therefore please be mindful of perishability. MFV reserves the right to omit items that do not meet this criteria.
