Pet Bio: Shmi is a 2yr old female German Shepherd mix, fully vetted; with HSAC for 408 days. Shmi may be a little socially backwards and shy at first but once she gets to know you and have time to warm up, she is full of puppy love! Shmi can be very affectionate towards people she knows and trusts. Shmi had a rough life before being picked up by our Humane Agent and we could tell she had endured some abuse in her past, always shy and nervous when meeting new people with her tail tucked. Shmi needs a home where she can be a spoiled little diva and be loved unconditionally by her owners. Shmi is house broken and does fantastic on a leash as well as knowing her basic commands. Her favorite thing to do though is RUN! This little girl has the legs of a professional track star, and she knows it! But her favorite thing to do is lick your face with thousands of kisses and hug you ever so tightly. Shmi would do good in a home with children, cats, and dogs. This little girl just needs someone to say yes to her. She�s looking for her special valentine and hopes she can be adopted before or for Easter. Who could say NO to a face like hers!?
