Rescues and Shelters
My Furry Valentine is proud to host the rescues and shelters listed below at the 2020 Main Event at the Convention Center. You can click on the link to the website of any organization to learn more about them, including their mission, adoption fees, and adoption process.
Rescue/shelter groups may require that adoption applications be submitted and approved BEFORE the Main Event, so please carefully review their adoption requirements. You should bring these three things with you if you want to adopt an animal at the Main Event:
- Photo identification
- Copy of your Lease if you lease your residence
- Copy of veterinarian records to show that your current pets have been kept up to date on recommended annual vaccines
The type of animals each group will bring to the Main Event is noted next to the group. These groups may have different types of animals available through their rescues and shelters that will not be at the Main Event.
