Tails of Hope
Mindy and Cindy were just rescued from Pike county animal shelter. They were picked up as strays running in a strip mine so there’s not much info on their first 6 months. When no owner was located, Tails of Hope stepped in and took them into their rescue program.
Both sisters then went directly to our vet for spays. Needless to say, they have been through so much in such a short time! Both show they need a few days to adjust and learn they’ll now have wonderful life’s.
MINDY- is a bit more reserved and needs time to decompress. She has ignored the kitties in her foster home, however she hasn’t been a fan of some of the higher energy dogs. We feel once she’s decompressed and healed from her spay, she will blossom! She loves attention from her foster parents.
CINDY- more outgoing than her sister Mindy as of now. Interacted some and welcomed greetings from other foster families dogs, although no playing as of now. Very interested in one kitty but when the kitty hissed, Cindy was smart enough to back off. She adores being loved on.
Both Mindy and Cindy are still PUPPIES at 6 months. They have done wonderful being crated. They will need positive reinforcement on going potty outdoors, but already seem to show they are very smart and fast learners. I doubt either had been indoors before. They currently weigh at 30 pounds.
